Melinda Carr

Director of Client Success at FitGrid

Melinda Carr has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Coach at AOS in 2009. Melinda then took on a Volleyball Coach role at Annunciation Orthodox School in the same year. In 2012, they became a Communication Manager at Trenza/Mole House Post/Roaring Fork Advisors. In 2014, they began working at lululemon athletica as a Community Leader and Key Leader (Floor Manager). In 2017, they became a Customer Experience Associate at ClassPass, where they were responsible for product knowledge, internal systems, responding to member inquiries, and leading new hire trainings. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Regional Marketing Specialist at Mindbody. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of Client Success and Customer Success Manager at FitGrid.

Melinda Carr received their Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston. Prior to that, they attended Bellaire High School.
