Josue Salgado Quiroz

Josue Salgado Quiroz has worked in the finance and accounting field since 1997. Josue began their career at SIEMENS S.A. as an Assistant Accountant in Credit and Collections. In 1998, they were promoted to Supervisor of Credit and Collections. In 2005, they were promoted to Coordinator of Accounting and Finance, where they were responsible for all accounting processes, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and internal control. In 2010, they moved to LABORATORIOS DAI DE COLOMBIA S.A. as an Accountant, where they were responsible for the accounting area and internal control. Josue also coordinated with the Administrative and Financial Direction to reorganize and implement improvements in the control processes for the areas of Accounting, HR, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Inventory. In 2015, they became the Director of Finance and Administration at LABORATORIOS DAI DE COLOMBIA SAS, where they were responsible for the financial, administrative, control, and legal aspects of the company. Josue also managed resources by contracting credits with national and international financial entities as part of the corporate strategy to increase sales and manage technological renewal. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Financial Officer at FitHub (YC W21).

Josue Salgado Quiroz obtained their degree in Contador Público from Universidad de La Salle between 1998 and 2003, with a focus on Contaduría. In 2012, they completed a Diplomado IFRS from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a focus on Contabilidad y finanzas.
