Sabrina Norris

Sabrina Norris, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Sabrina currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Fitlife Foods, where they prioritize excellent customer care and mutual relationships both internally and externally. Previously, Sabrina held the position of Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Hillsborough County Tax Collector, working closely with the Tax Collector to implement strategies for recruiting, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Florida State Fair Authority, where they successfully transformed operations and culture while focusing on building a dependable staff for the annual fair and improving organizational alignment.

Sabrina Norris, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in various fields. Sabrina obtained their Juris Masters degree in Employment Law and Risk Management from the Florida State University College of Law, completing their studies from 2022 to 2025.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Before attending the University of New Orleans, Sabrina spent a year at Florida State University, majoring in Psychology from 1995 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Sabrina has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. Sabrina obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2017. Prior to that, they acquired the Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health in July 2016, and the Certified Predictive Index Analyst certification from The Predictive Index in October 2015.
