Denise Tung currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG), responsible for defining and executing the digital vision and roadmap while leading a diverse team in areas such as Customer Experience and Data Science. With extensive experience in digital product management and e-commerce, Denise's previous roles include Head of eCommerce and DX at Optus, where leadership involved a cross-functional team and the development of customer journeys, as well as a Director position overseeing mobile app strategies. Additional experience spans across senior digital roles at Commonwealth Bank, Salmat Digital, and Media Monitors, alongside earlier positions at O2 and Qantas. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
