Doug Kim

Doug Kim serves as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at LA Fitness since October 2015, providing comprehensive legal support to various departments and C-suite executives for one of the major health club chains in North America. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Corporate Counsel at Panda Restaurant Group from November 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities entailed reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple business teams. Additionally, Doug Kim contributed as Senior Legal Specialist in the real estate legal department for Panda Express. Early career experiences included internships at the USC Small Business Clinic, Community Legal Services of Southeast Los Angeles County, and as a law clerk at Munoz & Guizar, LLP. Doug Kim earned a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC San Diego.
