Kandylas has extensive experience as Senior Corporate Counsel at Provention Bio, Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, and Corporate Counsel at MetLife, specializing in complex transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Additional experience includes working with prominent law firms such as Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Kandylas holds a J.D. summa cum laude and an MBA in Finance and Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers University, along with a BA magna cum laude from Binghamton University.
