Liv Nordahl Lervad

Liv Nordahl Lervad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand and product management within the food sector. Currently serving as Brand & Innovation Manager at Dr. Oetker since October 2022, Liv is responsible for cake and dessert product management. A longstanding role as a Nutritionist & Personal Trainer at Fitness World began in June 2016, focused on coaching members towards their nutritional and fitness goals. Previous experience includes positions such as Product Manager at Stryhns Gruppen, Category Manager at Haugen-Gruppen AS Denmark, and Junior Brand Manager at The Whole Company A/S, where Liv engaged in food innovation and brand development. Liv's career began at Nestlé Nordic in various roles spanning nearly a decade. Liv holds a Master’s Degree in Food Innovation & Health from the University of Copenhagen and multiple degrees in nutrition and marketing.
