Matteo Musa has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Matteo started their career as a Personal Trainer in 2006 and held this role until 2015. In 2010, they joined Salaria Sport Village as the Director of the Fitness and Sports department, a position they held until 2016. During their time there, they also served as a Physical Trainer for the tennis team. In 2009, Matteo worked as a Physical Trainer for the rugby team, a role they continued until 2013. In 2015, they co-founded Fitprime, an influential company in Italy that specializes in developing and implementing Corporate Wellbeing programs. As the CEO and Co-Founder, Matteo has led the company to work with over 110 major Italian companies to promote a culture of wellness within their organizations. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, they served as a Professor of Innovation for the "School-Work Alternation" program at LUISS Guido Carli University.
