Valeria Rossi is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and training. Currently serving as a Training Officer at FITT Group since August 2021, Valeria manages the entire recruitment process, onboarding of new hires, and external relations with partners such as employment agencies and educational institutions. Prior to this, Valeria was an HR Recruiter at L3 Ricerca e Selezione, where responsibilities included client interactions, candidate evaluations, and coordination of internships. Valeria began career development with a Junior HR role at Gruppo Vola S.r.l., focusing on recruitment and development, and also gained foundational experience as an HR Intern at Confartigianato Vicenza. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social, Work, and Communication Psychology, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences of Personality and Interpersonal Relations, and an Erasmus experience at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Valeria is licensed as a psychologist in Italy.
