Monte also serves as Co-Founder and CFO of A Runner's Mind Productions, which specializes in endurance event production in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has held the position of CEO and Founder at A Runner's Mind since July 2010, establishing a local run specialty store dedicated to fostering community engagement and delivering exceptional customer service in the running and walking space.
