April Smith

April Smith serves as the Senior Director of Client Operations for Five Brothers. For the past 4 years, she served as Senior Director of Preservation Services. She has been instrumental in aligning operations to become more complaint with the client and industry requirements, improved reconveyance rates, and conveyance compliance. She provides operational and compliance leadership and development, strategic solutions, and risk mitigation.

April has 20+ years of industry operational and compliance experience. Throughout her career, she has received multiple services and accomplishment awards.

Before joining the Five Brothers team, she worked at US Bank, N.A. in various roles. Her most recent being Vice President of Inspection and Preservation, prior to that she served as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Owned as well as other roles in the Loss mitigation, Insurance, and Bankruptcy departments.
