LeAnne Richards

LeAnne oversees Five Brothers client’s communication programs. As Senior Director of Client Advocacy & Business Development, she is charged with advancing the company’s client customer service department as expressed in its partnership-driven business model. On the client relations communication level, her responsibilities encompass business corporate compliance, invoicing, pricing, and escalated responses.

Prior to joining Five Brothers, LeAnne served as client relations liaison for a leading provider of lender-placed insurance, where she managed all aspects of company client communications activities. Earlier, she had held a similar position at BetterInvesting, a member organization providing information, education, and support to investors nationwide.
