Yashar Sahaleh

Yashar Sahaleh is an accomplished professional serving as the Director of Innovation & AI at Five & Done since April 2015, where Yashar founded an AI innovation division and developed an enterprise SaaS platform with RAG technology on AWS. Yashar has successfully led AI transformation initiatives and product strategies, driving organizational change across a team of over 40 professionals. Previously, Yashar held roles such as Executive Producer, delivering significant results in various digital transformations for top brands including Fender and Toyota and optimizing e-commerce strategies for clients, leading to marked increases in revenue and operational efficiency. Earlier career experience includes managing high-value e-commerce implementations at EYEMAGINE and driving substantial revenue growth as an Enterprise Business Specialist at Apple. Yashar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in Computer Science and Social and Behavioral Sciences from Irvine Valley College.
