Zh-Wei Su's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. From December 2016 to February 2022, they worked as a Customer Service Officer at New Zealand Natural Ice Cream. In February 2021, they started working as a Tutor, providing personalized lessons for students in various subjects. In June 2022, they joined Outreach Volleyball Club as a Social Media Manager and Event Coordinator, organizing events and managing social media platforms. In December 2022, they introduced and coordinated the first-ever Women's Social Games for the club. In 2022, they also worked as an Aged Care and NDIS Support Worker at Five Good Friends. Currently, they are working as an Access Assistant at QUT, providing comprehensive notes to ensure equal access to education for all students.
