Eddy Delgado

Eddy Delgado is an experienced Regional Manager at Five Guys Enterprises since June 2009, overseeing 7 District Managers, 18 different franchisees, and 140 locations. Prior to this role, Eddy served as the Director of Operations at Papa John's International from June 1994 to May 2009, managing daily operations for 30 locations in South Florida while maintaining total P&L accountability. Eddy began the career as a District Manager at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants from June 1986 to June 1994, where responsibilities included direct supervision and P&L accountability for 7 locations, as well as overseeing the construction of 5 new sites. Eddy studied at Delgado Community College from 1982 to 1984.
