Mike Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Mike began their career as a Farm Products Inspector at NYS Ag and Markets in 1982, followed by a role as an Egg Products Inspector at USDA in 1983. From 1984 to 1994, they held various Quality Control and Quality Assurance positions at Quaker Oats Company. Mike then joined Marriott Management Services as a Quality Assurance Manager/Food Technologist from 1994 to 1998. At Sodexho Marriott Services, they served as a Senior Manager of Food Safety and Regulatory Support from 1998 to 2001. Mike continued their career at Sodexo as Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety from 2001 to 2004, before progressing to the role of Director of Product Quality Assurance from 2004 to 2016. Currently, they are working as the Director of Supply Chain and Brand Safety QC/QA at Five Guys Enterprises since 2016.
Mike Dunn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College in 1998. Mike also received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Food Marketing and Consumer Protection from SUNY Alfred, NY in 1982.
