Rebecca (Bex) Grace has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rebecca (Bex) began their career in 2007 as an HR Consultant at Tourism New Zealand, providing HR and employment relations advice. Rebecca (Bex) later joined Sky as a Talent Development Consultant, where they led initiatives to develop leaders and manage the talent pipeline. At New Zealand Post, they served as a Learning & Development Specialist, accountable for designing and delivering capability development initiatives. Rebecca then moved to Qatargas, where they held roles as the Head of Leadership Development & Succession Planning and Succession Planning Specialist, responsible for incorporating culture and leadership capability into the strategic agenda and delivering leadership development programs. Rebecca (Bex) also worked as a coWorker People & Culture consultant at coHired, supporting the design and implementation of a people strategy. Rebecca's experience at The Warehouse Group involved heading the Talent Department and focusing on talent retention and development aligned with the company's future-focused ambition. More recently, they have worked as a Leadership & Culture Coach at Five NZ, a Board Member at Triathlon New Zealand, and an Associate at Journey-Smiths Ltd. Currently, they are a NZ Partner at Three Hands NZ, where they create leadership development experiences and fosters connections between corporate leaders and their communities. Rebecca (Bex) Grace has a diverse education background. Rebecca (Bex) started their educational journey in 2000 at Victoria University of Wellington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree. During their time at Victoria University, they focused on the fields of Commercial Law and Human Resources. Bex successfully completed their degree in 2003.

In 2008, Bex furthered their education by enrolling at the University of Chester. Rebecca (Bex) pursued a Post Graduate Certificate with a specialization in Personal and Business Coaching. Rebecca (Bex)'sstudies at the University of Chester spanned from 2008 to 2010, providing their with a solid foundation in coaching techniques and strategies.

In 2009, Bex also attended the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. Rebecca (Bex)'stime at the University of Strathclyde lasted for a year, and they gained valuable insights into executive coaching methodologies.

To enhance their expertise in neuroleadership, Bex enrolled in a program offered by the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2017. This program allowed their to delve deeper into the Foundations of Neuroleadership. Bex completed the certificate program in 2018, further expanding their knowledge in this area.

In addition to their formal education, Bex has pursued various certifications. Rebecca (Bex) obtained a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute in March 2018. In August 2021, they acquired a certification in Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U. Furthermore, in November 2022, Bex became an Emotional Culture Deck Practitioner through Riders&Elephants.
