Frank Bayouth

Frank Bayouth currently serves as Partner and General Counsel at Five Point Energy since January 2022. Previously, from October 1990 to March 2022, Frank was a Partner in M&A and Private Equity at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, where involvement included significant transactions such as Devon Energy Corporation's acquisition of 82,000 net acres in the Eagle Ford for $6 billion and advising the special committee of the board of directors of TPC Group, Inc. Frank holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
