Vickie Pacella

Vickie Pacella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vickie currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Five Rivers Cattle Feeding. Prior to this, they worked as an entrepreneur and owner at Trustegic Consulting Partners, providing HR consulting services to various organizations. Vickie also served as the Human Resources and Payroll US & Canada Corporate Operations Manager at Viega LLC, where they oversaw HR operations and talent acquisition. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager at EnviroTech Services, Inc., responsible for overseeing all key HR functions. Vickie also held the position of Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Fresh Produce Holdings, LLC, and Director of Human Resources and Finance at Cintron Medical Corp. In these roles, they achieved notable accomplishments such as cost reduction, automation of recruitment processes, and financial auditing.

Vickie Pacella is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Colorado State University College of Business. Vickie holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from Regis University. Vickie also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting from Front Range Community College. Additionally, they are working towards earning the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM.
