Richard Cross

Richard Cross possesses extensive experience in the fields of therapeutic care and psychological services. Currently serving as the Director at Midhurst Learning Campus and the Director of Clinical Services at Midhurst Children's Therapeutic Services, Richard has focused on innovative training solutions and consultancy to address trauma, abuse, and neglect. With a notable career at Five Rivers Child Care as Director of Clinical Services and previous roles in residential and practice development, Richard has developed the Attachment & Trauma Informed Care (ATIC) approach. Additionally, Richard holds faculty positions at the Arizona Trauma Institute and ISSTD, contributing to professional training in complex trauma. Richard has also served as CEO of Richmond Psychosocial Foundation International and held various trustee roles in organizations dedicated to trauma recovery. Academic credentials include multiple psychotherapy degrees and certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to advancing the understanding and treatment of trauma-related issues.
