Jordan Bann is currently the Director of Quality and Compliance at Five Rivers Health Centers. Prior to this role, Jordan held positions as a Quality Manager and Program Coordinator at Crossroad Health Center. Jordan also worked as a Care Coordinator, focusing on telehealth interventions for patients with hypertension. With a background in Public Health and Kinesiology, Jordan brings a wealth of experience in managing population health initiatives and coordinating healthcare programs. At Lane Avenue Chiropractic, Jordan served as a Wellness Coordinator, overseeing marketing and execution of wellness events.
