Daniel Bloomingdale

Daniel Bloomingdale is an experienced professional with a strong background in Geographic Information Science and urban planning. Currently serving as GIS Manager at Five Rivers MetroParks since March 2023, Daniel previously worked at the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority as a Mobility Planner and Scheduler, and as a Schedule Analyst from December 2016 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Job Coach at Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, where evaluations and training for clients with disabilities and veterans were conducted, and an internship at Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce focusing on website development and marketing strategies. Additionally, Daniel has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership from previous positions at BD's Mongolian Grill and Sam's Club. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Kent State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Wright State University, and relevant certifications and degrees from Sinclair Community College.
