Jonai H

Jonai H has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and product management across multiple organizations. At Five Star Bank from May 2024 to January 2025, Jonai H served as a Regulatory Compliance Testing Manager and BaaS Compliance Officer. Prior experience at KeyBank from May 2020 to November 2023 included roles as Change Management Leader - Digital IV, where Jonai H led cross-functional teams in commercialization processes, and as Senior Product Manager in Enterprise Security Services, managing product vision and strategy. Additionally, Jonai H served as a BRC Risk Advisor, focusing on risk identification and the development of sustainable controls. Earlier, Jonai H taught cycling classes at Les Ride from January 2009 to January 2012. Jonai H holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Development and Management from The University of Toledo.
