Aileen Clayton

Aileen Clayton currently serves as the Training and Development Manager at Five Star Credit Union since November 2018, focusing on creating impactful training programs that support the organization's purpose and strategic priorities. Aileen has extensive experience in the retail and banking sectors, having held roles such as Personal Banker, Branch Manager, and CSSR at Wells Fargo from October 2013 to January 2024, along with various managerial positions at The Children's Place, Sunglasses Hut, Pacific Sunwear, and Journeys. Aileen is also a musician, performing covers and originals in restaurants and bars since March 2010, with a repertoire that exceeds four hours without repetition. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Troy University, completed in 2012.
