Linda Wemple, SPHR, SCP, is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Scot Forge since May 2022, Linda has also held various roles including Human Resources Specialist at Five Star Group of Companies and HR Generalist at IEA. With a prior background as a Human Resources Business Partner at MRA and consultant roles at Strategic Essentials, Inc. and People Partners, Linda has developed a strong expertise in compliance, performance management, and recruitment. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Office Administration from Northern Illinois University and an Associate's degree in Sign Language Interpreter from Waubonsee Community College.
