David Durden

David Durden has over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. David served as a Division Manager at Waffle House, Inc. from September 2009 to May 2015, where they managed a team of 200+ associates and achieved a year-over-year PBO growth of 115%. David then joined Compass Group in August 2015 as an Associate Director, overseeing operations until February 2021. Currently, Durden is serving as the Director of Retail Operations at Five Star Food Service, Inc. since February 2021.

David Durden has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Georgia State University, which they obtained in 2009. David further pursued their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, which they received in 2019. Additionally, in April 2019, David obtained a certification as a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM-CFPP) from the University of Florida.
