Brandon Oquendo

Brandon Oquendo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development and business management. Since March 2020, Brandon has served as a Real Estate Developer at Oquendo Design + Build, while also co-founding and presiding over Utah Cannabis Company since November 2018. As a Real Estate Broker and Investor since February 2006 with Masters Utah Real Estate, Brandon has built a strong portfolio. Additionally, Brandon has operated as the Utah Owner of Five Star Painting® since February 2007, significantly increasing revenue to over $25 million and transforming the painting business model. Leadership roles also include presidency at Oquendo Investments LLC since October 2006 and partnership at Clearly, a manufacturer in the clear aligner device industry, from February 2016 to December 2019. Brandon's earlier experience includes serving on the Executive Real Estate Committee for Habitat for Humanity International and a sales role at Verizon Wireless. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business from Westminster University, earned between 2002 and 2005, following studies at Moorpark College from 1999 to 2002.
