Carl Alleman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and leadership across various industries. As the Owner and General Manager of Five Star Painting® since February 2021, Carl focuses on enhancing lifestyles through innovative color applications in residential and commercial spaces. Prior roles include Director of Project Management and Assembly Operations at Syntegon, Director of Operations at Stronghold Safety Engineering, and Director of Operations and Customer Service at PaR Systems, demonstrating a strong background in industrial automation, process improvement, and resource management. Carl’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Masters Certificate from Villanova University.
