Will Hayes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Head of Paid Digital and Growth Strategy at Tobe since July 2019, Will has a proven track record in implementing omni-channel growth strategies and optimizing marketing funnels. As the Owner and General Manager of The Grill House since 2014, Will navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while executing effective marketing campaigns and managing front-of-house operations. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Instructor at General Assembly, Marketing Manager for the National Crypto and DeFi Community, and multiple consulting positions where successful strategies were developed to drive digital growth and engagement. Will holds a BA in Public Relations and Strategic Communications from Arizona State University.
