Chelsea Graber

Chelsea Graber, RN, currently serves as the Director of Resident Care/Nursing for Dementia & Long Term Care at Five Star Senior Living since October 2023. Graber also contributes as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA since August 2022, emphasizing the Girl Scout Leadership model through adaptable, cooperative learning activities. Previous roles include Nursing Administrator and Office Manager at ADVANCED PRACTICE PSYCHIATRIC SOLUTIONS, LLC from November 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed crisis management, educational advocacy, and clinical supervision. Graber has extensive experience in health and human services, having worked as a Foster Parent with the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services from June 2003 to July 2017, and has held various positions in emergency management and nursing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Walden University, a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Georgetown University, and additional certifications in emergency care.
