Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith is a seasoned professional in recreation and wellness program management, currently serving as the Lifestyle 360 Director at Five Star Senior Living since December 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Lifestyle Coordinator at The Sharon at SouthPark, supporting comprehensive wellness initiatives for residents. With extensive experience at Ballantyne Country Club, Courtney managed a team of 30 staff, oversaw daily operations, planned events, and ensured compliance with health standards in the aquatics department. Courtney's career also includes roles as a Fitness and Recreation Intern at The Sea Pines Resort, a Sales Associate at Hollister Co., and a Playground Leader at Spring Township Parks and Recreation. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Administration from York College of Pennsylvania in 2015.
