Reema Chugh

Reema Chugh currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Five Star Senior Living, providing support across multiple service lines in the West Region, covering markets such as Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, and Oregon since March 2025. Prior to this role, Reema worked at Brookdale as the District Director of Operations from June 2023 to March 2025, overseeing multi-site operations in the Colorado market, which included Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. From April 2007 to May 2023, Reema held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living, managing operations across multiple states (Missouri, Louisiana, Minnesota, Colorado, Kentucky, Nevada, and Michigan) and various senior living community types. Reema's career also included serving as Senior Executive Director for the West Division at Sunrise Senior Living from 2007 to 2015. Reema holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, along with education from California State University, Fullerton, and UC Irvine.
