Steve Willhelm, PMP, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Steve began their career as a Military Policeman in the US Army from 1988 to 1999. After that, they held the position of Assistant Product Manager (APM) for the Radar and Battle Manager Products at THAAD Project office from 2001 to 2003. Steve then served as the Executive Officer of the Reagan Test Site at Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshal Islands, where they supported the Ground Based MidCourse Defense (GMD) Program Office from 2003 to 2006. Steve later became the Deputy Director of Test Execution in 2006 and the JLENS Product Manager from 2007 to 2010 within the US Army. Currently, Steve is the President of 5 Stones Research Corp, where they are responsible for the overall performance of program contracts and the success of the company.

Steve Willhelm, PMP, MBA has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1992, they attended Jacksonville State University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they attended the Naval Postgraduate School and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology Management. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Steve pursued higher education at the Air War College from 2000 to 2001, focusing on Military Operational Art and Science, and earned a Master's degree. This varied educational background demonstrates Steve's dedication to continual learning and professional development in multiple fields.
