Charlotte Lewis Jones is an accomplished legal and product strategy professional with extensive experience in privacy, regulatory legal affairs, and product counseling across major technology companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Product, Privacy & Regulatory Legal at Five9, Charlotte leads initiatives related to privacy programs, AI governance, and regulatory compliance. As the owner of Sun Kissed Press, Charlotte authored "Brainy Billy Builds a Bot," a children's book series aimed at fostering AI literacy. Previously, Charlotte held senior legal roles at Twitter, Facebook, and Flex, contributing to product growth through strategic legal frameworks and privacy policies.
