Jessica Shea

Jessica Shea is an experienced professional in partner sales and marketing with a strong background in enhancing customer experience offerings. Currently serving as ISV Partner Sales Manager at Five9 since June 2017, Jessica focuses on integrating innovative technologies into the Five9 ISV Program and nurturing relationships with prospective partners. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Manager, Partner Marketing at Five9, where responsibilities included managing marketing programs, facilitating partner go-to-market strategies, and supporting demand generation initiatives. Previous experiences include roles at Diablo Magazine as a Marketing Associate and at Tea Gallerie, where Jessica honed skills in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation. Jessica began a career foundation as a Research Assistant at San Diego State University while earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
