Olanrewaju Akinwande began their work experience in 2009 as a Network Administrator at Divine Oracle Systems Limited, where they were responsible for maintaining the company's network and implementing various software applications. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at UNITeS CISCO Networking Academy in various roles, including Technical Manager, Project/Technical Support, and Lead Instructor, where they trained students and staff on information technology and CISCO certification courses. In 2018, they joined TTEC Canada as a Customer Service Agent and later transitioned to Affinity Global Inc., where they worked as a Customer Service Agent in Credit Operations. In 2018, they also joined Sherweb as a Technical Support Advisor Level 3, providing support for Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Intune. In 2020, Akinwande moved to GINKGO SERVICES as a Cloud Systems Administrator, managing Microsoft's cloud platforms and ensuring security and compliance policies were in place. Their most recent position is at Fivesky as a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer, starting in 2022.

Olanrewaju Akinwande obtained a Senior School Certificate Examination from Adebayo Mokuolu College in the years 1993 to 2000. Olanrewaju then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Ilorin from 2002 to 2006. In 2009, Olanrewaju attended Cisco Networking Academy and completed a Certified Cisco Networking Academy Instructor program, specializing in IT Essentials and CCNA. In December 2013, they further advanced their expertise by becoming a Cisco Networking Academy Instructor Trainer. Additionally, in January 2013, Olanrewaju obtained the IT Essentials certification from Cisco Networking Academy. Finally, in November 2020, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft.
