Reza Dolati

Reza Dolati has a diverse range of work experience in project management roles. Reza began their career at Oil Design & Construction Company in 1998, where they served as a Project Planning and Control Specialist and Scrum Master. During their time there, they worked on various projects such as the development of conceptual budget estimation software for oil and gas refinery and pipeline projects, as well as an inspection software development project.

In 2010, Reza joined SAZEH consulting engineers as a Senior Project Manager. Reza was responsible for developing the SABZ software for internal and external document distribution, as well as implementing and setting up Marian Procurement Management software for the Shazand Arak Project.

From 2013 until 2019, Reza worked as a Senior Project Manager at Chagalesh Consulting Engineers. Reza was involved in the development of CPMIS software for the company's DHT program, which covered all stages of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and documentation. Reza also managed a team of engineers and oversaw procurement and supply chain management for the Diesel Hydro Treatment mega project.

In 2020, Reza joined Johnson Controls as a Project Manager, where they managed hardware, firmware, and software teams for the successful launch of security products. Reza also contributed to cloud-based software development for new security and automation technologies.

Currently, Reza is working at Morgan Stanley as a Project Manager in SDM. Here, they are responsible for various cross-functional teams and was involved in projects such as the full migration of two financial companies to MS as RIA program and the unification of service models across the firm.

Throughout their career, Reza has acquired several certifications including PMP, PBA, ACP, PSM I, and PSPO I, demonstrating their expertise and knowledge in project management.

Reza Dolati obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Islamic Azad University (Tehran-South Branch) in 1997. In terms of certifications, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2007. Additionally, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification and the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2020 and June 2020, respectively. Reza Dolati also holds the title of Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum.org, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
