Ali Thomason, MS, RD, LD

Ali Thomason, MS, RD, LD has over five years of experience in nutrition and health coaching. From 2016 to present, they have served as Chief Client Officer and Client Success Manager/Lead Health Coach for FIX Health. From 2015 to 2016, they served as Graduate Research Assistant, Coordinated Program, and Student Liaison at Georgia State University. As part of the Coordinated Program, they implemented the nutrition care process in a variety of settings including acute care, critical care, renal clinic, and diabetes outpatient center. Ali also created nutrition education handouts for various disease states, put on food demos, and independently counseled outpatient clients/patients. Additionally, they completed a management rotation at Grady Memorial Hospital in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), performing nutrition assessments, calculating nutrition needs, and providing recommendations for enteral/parenteral nutrition support.

Ali Thomason, MS, RD, LD has a diverse educational background. Ali received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Auburn University, a Master's Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition from Georgia State School of Nursing and Health Professions, and a High School diploma from Northview High School. In addition, they obtained a Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission On Dietetic Registration in September 2016, and a Licensed Dietitian certification from the Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians in August 2016.
