Computer Vision Engineer at Fizyr

Hans Gaiser has a diverse range of work experience in the field of computer vision and robotics. Hans started their career at Fizyr, a leading software company specializing in automated picking and sorting systems. Here, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer from January 2015 onwards.

In 2019, Hans joined RoboHouse as a Computer Vision Engineer, where they continued to contribute their expertise in this field. Concurrently, they also worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at ROCSYS from October 2019 to September 2020.

Hans gained experience as a Freelance Robot Vision Engineer at The Robot Engineers from January 2021.

Before their roles in computer vision, Hans worked at Team Eva as a Lead Programmer from June 2013 to December 2015. During this time, they focused on developing interactive and social robots, with a specific emphasis on computer vision and robot navigation. Hans also created the general software framework for the company.

Hans began their professional journey as a Computer Vision programmer at Delft Robotics from February 2014 to July 2014.

Throughout their academic years, Hans was an active participant at TUDelft and the Technical University of Delft. Hans served as a Student Assistant at both institutions, with roles extending from September 2010 to April 2014 at TUDelft, and from September 2013 to July 2013 at the Technical University of Delft.

Hans Gaiser completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Technische informatica / Computertechniek / Technische computerkunde from Delft University of Technology, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2013. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science at the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
