Amrit Athwal

Amrit Athwal is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in legal and educational roles. As a Research Officer at Leducate since November 2023, Amrit contributes to advancing research initiatives. In the role of Student Ambassador for Sikhs in Law since December 2022, Amrit has organized events and enhanced student engagement through social media and collaboration with societies. Amrit has also worked as a Tutor at Sherpa, providing tailored lesson plans and feedback to A-level students, and as an Operations Assistant in the DL Kids Team at David Lloyd Leisure, facilitating engaging classes for children. Additional experience includes serving as a Brand Ambassador for Fizz Experience & WDS, managing social media outreach for UCL's Current Legal Problems journal, marshalling at Kingston Crown Court, and interning as a Paralegal at JDS Solicitors. Amrit holds an LLM in Law with Social Justice from UCL and a Bachelor's in Law with Sociology from Royal Holloway. Current studies are ongoing at The Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
