Zuzana Hayda

Zuzana Hayda has a strong background in business analysis and project management. Zuzana began their career in 2002 at University Physicians, Inc. as a Denial Specialist, where they were responsible for revenue cycle management and recouping funds from insurance denials. In 2011, they joined Aspen Healthcare Metrics as a Business Analyst, providing analytical support for the Spend Management division. Zuzana then moved to Xerox in 2012 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they analyzed client needs, developed requirements, and conducted testing. Most recently, they worked at FJA-US, initially as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, and later as an Engagement Manager. Throughout their career, Zuzana has demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on meeting client needs.

Zuzana Hayda, CSPO, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Colorado State University. Zuzana completed their studies in 2016, although the end year is not specified. Prior to their M.B.A., Zuzana earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Zuzana Hayda has obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2023.
