Jan Thrane

Jan Thrane has extensive experience in the IT field, having served at Fjernvarme Fyn since May 1998 in various leadership roles, including Chef for IT Drift & Sikkerhed, IT-Chef, and Board member. Prior to this, Jan Thrane worked as a Test ingeniør at Danionics A/S from September 1995 to April 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark (1988-1992), a degree in Merkonom i regnskab from TietgenSkolen (1993-1994), and recent certifications in Information Security Foundation, ISO 27001/27002 from Teknologisk Institut (2018). Additional educational pursuits include studies at Westergaard A/S (2015), Syddansk Universitet (2012), and Sick kommunikation (1995), as well as graduation from Nordfyns Gymnasium (1983-1986) with a focus on the Matematisk - Fysisk linie.
