Jesper Nykjær Nikolajsen

Jesper Nykjær Nikolajsen serves as Chef for IT & Digitalisering at Fjernvarme Fyn since March 2023, responsible for developing IT and digitalization strategies, consolidating functions, and ensuring compliance with NIS2 directives. Previously, Jesper held positions at SYNLAB Medical Digital Services, initially as CIO overseeing national digital infrastructure and later as Chief of Business Development, focusing on the innovation and maintenance of digital services for the healthcare system. Earlier experience at Odense Kommune included roles such as Software Development Manager and Team Leader, leading various projects and teams in application development. Jesper holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Syddansk Universitet, along with several management-related certifications.
