Kenny Dalglish

Kenny Dalglish currently serves as a Mountain Guide at Fjord Hikes AS since July 2025 and previously held the position of Head of Delivery at Munu from August 2024 to July 2025. From October 2021 to July 2024, Kenny worked as People Operations Manager and Head of Execution at Norsk Renewables. Prior experience includes serving as a Maritime Staff Officer at NATO Joint Warfare Centre from June 2019 to September 2021, where Kenny led teams of senior consultants and contributed to strategic exercises. As Exercise Director for the Royal Navy of Oman between November 2015 and April 2019, Kenny coordinated multinational exercises and received a commendation from the UK Ministry of Defence. At the UK Ministry of Defence, from September 2013 to September 2015, Kenny managed an IT portfolio exceeding £500M and oversaw significant business change within UK Defence. Kenny's career began in the Royal Navy, serving in various engineering and operations roles from September 1999 to August 2013. Kenny holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Durham University.
