Hanne Buje Jensen

Hanne Buje Jensen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group HR Director at Fjord Line AS since October 2015, Hanne oversees human resources for a rapidly expanding modern shipping company. Previous positions include CHRO at Hospital & Health Care and HR Director for Sara Lee International I Unilever, where Hanne focused on strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and talent management. Hanne's earlier career features significant roles in HR management and organizational development at Crisplant BEUMER GROUP and Tech College Aalborg, along with academic experience as a practicing psychologist and lecturer at Aalborg University. Hanne holds a Master Degree in Psychology from Aarhus University, along with an HD(O) in Organization and is pursuing the European Certificate in Psychology.
