Merli V. Guerra

Merli V. Guerra is an Assistant Professor of Dance Technology at Texas A&M University, as well as the Co-Founder, Artistic Director, and Choreographer of Luminarium Dance Company. Guerra is a Contemporary Dance & Ballet Critic for Fjord Review and a freelance Graphic Designer. Additionally, Guerra has experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Rider University, a Dance Critic and Senior Contributor for The Arts Fuse, a Part-Time Lecturer at Rutgers University, and a Board Member for Dance New Jersey Inc. Guerra also has experience as a Production Manager at PRINCETON UNIVERSITY PRESS and as an Art Director at Art New England. Guerra holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Dance, Studio Art from Mount Holyoke College.
