Radharaman Jha (Rad)

Radharaman "Rad" Jha has an extensive work experience in supply chain management and planning. Radharaman (Rad) is currently working as the Vice President of Supply Chain at flaconi since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operation, Planning & Data at the same company from January 2022 to May 2023.

In 2022, Radharaman also worked as an Angel Investor at Almo, a premium men's essentials brand, and as an Investor & Advisor at Hudle, a sports tech platform.

Before that, from 2020 to 2022, Radharaman held the position of Head of Supply Chain | Transformation | Strategy at Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury partner in the Middle East.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Al-Futtaim, where they served as the Head of Planning (Demand & Supply) and later as the Omni Channel Lead | Hybrid Commerce | Digital Retailing.

Radharaman's previous experience includes roles at Landmark Group as a Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Analyst, and at CRIS and Amul (GCMMF) as a Demand Planning Analyst and Supply Chain Operations Manager respectively.

Radharaman (Rad) also worked as a Lecturer at Vidyalankar Group of Educational Institutes from 2012 to 2013.

Radharaman obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai. Radharaman (Rad) attended this institution from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to their M.B.A., Radharaman earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Radharaman (Rad) studied at this university from 2008 to 2012.

Before pursuing higher education, Radharaman completed their high school education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Radharaman (Rad) studied Science at this institution from 2006 to 2008.
