Ralph Valiente

Ralph Valiente has been working in the industry since 1999. Ralph'sfirst role was as Sales Assistant at Bentex Group Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Ralph then moved to Geneva Watch Group as Special Markets Sales Coordinator, where they were responsible for the catalog and business incentive side of the Special Markets team, from 2004 to 2005. Ralph then joined Toy Island, a division of Li & Fung (formerly Techno Source), as Sales Account Executive and Customer Service Manager. In 2018, they moved to the United States Postal Service as City Carrier Assistant, and in 2019 they became Director of Group Sales at Laser Bounce - Family Fun Centers. Currently, they are a Customer Service Specialist at Flag & Anthem since 2022.

Ralph Valiente obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from Baruch College in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from LaGuardia Community College in 2000. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Hubspot Service Hub Software from HubSpot in July 2020.
