Joe Banner

Joe Banner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, program management, and leadership across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the National Business Development Manager at Flagger Force Traffic Control Services since January 2020, Joe has a proven track record of driving growth and operational effectiveness. Previous roles include Defense Program Manager at Sierra and Remington Arms Company, where successful management of critical defense programs was demonstrated. Joe has also led efforts in international development with Nuru International and held various leadership roles within the U.S. Army, including Company Commander. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's Degree in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
