Karen Parody

Karen Parody has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Karen started their career as a Human Resource Manager/Project Manager at American Personnel Managers & Consultants in 2013, where they supervised and developed a team of 55 employees. In 2014, they joined The Safariland Group as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and various other HR functions. Karen played a crucial role in M&A activities, budget management, and strategic HR initiatives. From 2010 to 2019, Parody served as the Human Resource Director/CEO of Karen's Krunch, where they created and managed HR operations and supervised a small team. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Flagger Force, leading strategic HR capabilities for a large organization with a focus on community safety services.

Karen Parody has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services, with a minor in Social Work, from Elmira College. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Chapman University.
